We wanted to write a post about lips and how to make them appear bigger. There are several theories out there and here is the one Custom Foundation tried and it worked.
The first thing to do is to exfoliate your lips. We used a lip pumice which we gently applied in a circular motion. This allows for a smooth surface for application of your lipstick. Once you have completed this step you need to wipe it off your lips. This is not meant to stay on your lips.
The next step is to apply Vitamin E Lip Treatment. This is ultra-enriched with aloe, castor oil and vitamin E to moisturize the delicate tissue of the lips. This helps to prevent the lips from chapping during drier seasons due to lack of moisture in the tissues.
Third step is to outline you lips with a lip pencil. Applying the lip pencil before your lipstick will help keep the color from bleeding and feathering. When using the pencil you need to draw the line on the outside (about an eighth of an inch) of your cupids bow and the center of your bottom lip. Pay close attention when you line the right and left corners of your lips to ensure you do not go outside your lip line.
Fourth step is to use your lipstick. The lipstick should match the lip pencil. Then apply a lip shine to the middle section of your upper and bottom lip. This will help they look fuller.
For the last step shadow with a little bronzer under your bottom lip. Take a little brush and go back and forth under the middle section of your bottom lips. This will create the shadow.
You will now have the perfect bigger lips.
